If your the sort of person that likes counting calories as part of their fat loss efforts, then a great free resorce is Fitday.com
It's an easy way to track your calories. I don't use it every day, but if I'm dieting to lose bodyfat, I'll use it for a week to get a real good idea of how many calories i'm consuming.
My diet is largely based on whole natural foods such as fruits, veg, nuts, meat and fish, so one week using Fitday and I'm good at estimating my calories based on servings size.
